All workshops include discussion and interactive activities. Typical workshop sizes are between 3 – 20 participants. However, workshops can be customized to meet the size of your group with flexibility to accommodate over 20 participants.

On-Site Interactive Workshops
IT'S MY TIME WHAT DO I DO WITH IT? (GOAL & TIME MANAGEMENT)
This interactive session focuses on how to prioritize what's important to help make more free time for what you want to do. The conversations and activities include how to set goals, when to set goals and how to measure progress to be EMPOWERED and successful.
The session will also include a conversation on the importance of time management.

WHAT DO I WANT TO BE WHEN I GROW UP & HOW DO I GET THERE?!
(CAREER & JOB READINESS)
This interactive session focuses on exploring careers and identifying skills.
The conversation will answer questions such as:

• Things to consider when choosing a career?
• How do I use my skills to choose the best career?
• How do I turn my passion into a career?

LISTEN TO ME! WHEN ADULTS JUST DON'T UNDERSTAND!
(CHOICES & PROBLEM SOLVING)
This interactive session uses trivia and hands-on activities for problem solving. Youth will learn steps to problem solving and application on how to make better decisions. It will encourage them to work, problem solve, and decide if the risk or possible outcome is worth the cost of their decisions.

DOING IT MY WAY! (ENTREPRENEURSHIP)
This workshop will teach the fundamentals of what is required to start a business. It includes on-site activities, games, and discussion.
By the end of the program participants will learn the difference between a product and service, marketing, sales, and cost of goods sold. They will create a product or service and learn how to develop a business plan.
